SiPearl makes an impact at the VivaTech conference 2025

This year’s VivaTech conference was an opportunity for RISER project partners SiPearl to present their perspective on the timely subject of European Sovereignty, with CEO Philippe Notton presenting “No Sovereign AI Without Sovereign Hardware: SiPearl’s Processors”. It also presented the SiPearl team the opportunity to shine a light on the European collaborative research and innovation projects they are contributing to: European Processor Initiative, AERO Project, EXCELLERAT, ODISSEE project, OpenCUBE-EU, MaX Centre of Excellence for Materials at the eXascale, Emopass, Plasma-PEPSC, and, of course, RISER and the follow-up project HIGHER

SiPearl unveiled the Seine Reference Server featuring the Rhea1 processor

During the conference, SiPearl introduced the Seine Reference Server, their modular reference server solution hosting the Rhea1 CPU, their first family of processors. Multifunctional, flexible and versatile, the Seine Reference Server can be used for validation and testing, as a reference design, for software porting and for demonstrations and customer testing. In this last role, Seine Reference Server is a key component of European collaborative projects, including RISER, which aim to strengthen Europe’s technological sovereignty, independence and competitiveness.
